Giant Fried Rice with Steak

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, diced
  • 4 cups white rice, cooked and cooled
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup garlic sprouts, chopped
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 4 oz bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced steak and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes, then remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked, then remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic sprouts, green onions, cabbage, chives, and bamboo shoots to the skillet, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, mixing well with the vegetables.
  6. Return the cooked steak and scrambled eggs to the skillet, adding soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
