Enjoy tender and flavorful baby back ribs coated in a sticky bourbon sauce with a hint of sweetness and spice. Perfect for celebrations or any gathering.
Ingredients
1 rack of baby back ribs
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sriracha
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons horseradish mustard
6 tablespoons melted butter
Kosher salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Green onions for garnish
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Trim the excess fat and the membrane from the ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet, add apple cider vinegar, and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 75 minutes.
While the ribs are baking, prepare the sauce by combining brown sugar, sriracha, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, horseradish mustard, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
Once the ribs are done, remove them from the oven and the foil.
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Place the ribs on the hot grill and cook until they develop grill marks, flipping occasionally.
Brush the prepared sauce on the ribs while they grill, being careful not to burn it.
Once grilled to perfection, remove the ribs and let them rest for a few minutes.
Slice the ribs and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
